• Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer relationships and ensuring a customer first approach.
• Partner Management: Fostering strong relationships with aftersales teams of our Authorized Service & Repair network, leasing Partners and suppliers across the Netherlands.
• Collaborating on Product Improvement: Gathering feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring high standards for all repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Workshop Management: Overseeing daily operations, scheduling repairs, ordering parts, and managing staff.
• Warranty Management: Managing warranty claims and repairs within guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory to ensure necessary parts and supplies are available.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Implementing Strategies: Developing and executing after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Staff Training and Development: Enabling training and development opportunities for staff.
• Budget Management: Ensuring expenses are within budget and revenue targets are met.
• Compliance: Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Extensive experience in after-sales management within the automotive industry, either from a dealer group or OEM.
• Strong technical understanding of electric vehicles and automotive systems.
• The ability to steer the detail of today and anticipate on what is coming up next.
• Proven experience in building relationships for a premium automotive brand.
• Entrepreneurial skills to always improve from within by fostering and nurturing ideas from the team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication in Dutch and English.
• Ability to lead with trust and care, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and embrace diversity.
