In this role you make sure our distributors, retailers, dealers and end customers receive fast, professional and technically accurate support. You manage the daily service operations, improve processes, solve technical questions and keep the service performance at a high level. You work closely with other European offices and internal departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Your main tasks:
- Support distributors and retailers with service-related topics, agreements, processes and daily repair cases.
- Assist dealers by phone or email with questions, concerns or complaints.
- Manage and monitor third-party repair centres in your countries.
- Collect and analyse the right information to handle each inquiry.
- Take ownership of the service centre’s performance and daily workflow.
- Advise customers and partners on technical issues and follow up until the case is solved.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the right internal team or specialist.
- Communicate clearly with internal departments across Europe.
- Maintain strong relationships with kick scooter retailers and service partners.
- Help build and improve the after-sales processes and repair network for e-scooters.
We are looking for someone who combines technical insight with strong communication skills. You feel confident working with distributors, retailers and service partners, and you know how to keep service processes organised and running smoothly. You work independently, think ahead and enjoy solving technical challenges.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a service-related role.
- Experience working with third parties such as distributors and retailers.
- A solid understanding of customer service and how to support partners in a professional way.
- Technical interest: you are willing to learn all Segway products and understand how they work.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
- The ability to work independently and make good decisions.
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Some understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules, cases and priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude.
- A team mindset and strong customer-focused way of working.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- The ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
